- May 2 — 5 km HIIT run on treadmill, core, & arms
- May 3 — 1 hour full body weights, 8 km run
- May 4 — 5 km run
- May 5 — 40 min HIIT on elliptical, & 1 hour full body weights
- May 6 — 16.1 km run, light yoga
