April 30- May 6

  • April 30 — OFF
  • May 1 — 1 hour full body weights
  • May 2 — 5 km HIIT run on treadmill, core, & arms
  • May 3 — 1 hour full body weights, 8 km run
  • May 4 — 5 km run
  • May 5 — 40 min HIIT on elliptical, & 1 hour full body weights
  • May 6 — 16.1 km run, light yoga
